401K Eligibility Details

If you do not reach 1,000 hours of work during the first consecutive 6-month period following your first day of work for Certified, your work hours, for 401k computation purposes, will re-set to zero and you must earn 1,000 during the next six-month computation period – this pattern continues until you have earned 1,000 hours in a consecutive 6-month period.
Once you qualify for the plan, the entry date will be the first of the month following the month in which you qualified.
If your employment terminates and you have a break in service of more than 90 days before you satisfy the service requirement to participate in the plan, you will be treated as a new hire upon your return to employment with us.
