HR Support - Admin role (608221)

We are seeking a full-time candidate to join a high performing team of HR professionals in a casual and dynamic environment, delivering support to our Americas Country HR team and Global Business HR Managers. Enjoy the challenge of providing HR support to a variety of business issues.
This position is at the Corporate Headquarters’ site in Santa Rosa, California.
This support role will be involved with many of the various programs and services that relate to our Americas Country HR and Business HR teams. The work has an emphasis on administrative support, project management, documentation review/tracking, and event coordination.
Daily job duties and responsibilities include:- Basic support for immigration, intern, and campus programs
- Monitoring and maintaining established programs
- Some facilitation
- Scheduling meetings and reserving conference rooms across all sites
- Travel and expense support to our Business HR Managers
- Consolidation of inputs
- Monitoring the Country HR email node
- Appropriately funneling employee questions
- Creating and distributing documents
- Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
- Maintaining calendars of HR management team
- Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
- Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
- Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews

Qualifications:
BA Typically 8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in job.
- Country compliance
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management fundamentals
- Ability to apply performance management practices
- Experience in change management
- Excel/Word/PPT
Requirements:
This position is heavy on the administrative side supporting business partners, and could be handling employee relation cases as well. They need to exercise sound judgment and exercise a high level of maturity in the role. They have to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and not afraid to take on an excel report, etc.
