Location: Campbell, CA
Type: Full-Time, Temp to Hire

Full-Time Office Manager position needed for our client at Campbell, CA. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity. Pay DOE.

Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures
Preparing payroll
Provide general support to visitors
Support HR activities
Organize and schedule appointments
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Book travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Arrange free company food/lunch/dinner
Other related tasks as needed

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 4 years of experience with an Office Manager Title
MS Office
Google Drive/docs
Payroll management– (familiar with a payroll software)
Bookkeeping Software Exp would be a plus
Friendly, organized, flexible and works under pressure
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant is a plus
