Using McCall Staffing Online Timecard

Welcome to McCall Staffing!

McCall Staffing’s easy-to-use online timecard is designed to speed up the payroll processing period and eliminate the hassles associated with printing, approving and faxing paper timecards. These easy steps will help you register as a user and begin using the online timecard immediately.

Getting Started:

  1. The first time you use the online timecard application, you must register as a user. To do this, click Register Now in the Employee Login box.

    In order to complete your registration, you will need:

    • Your supervisor's email address (needed for timecard approval)
    • Your social security number
    • Your email address (if you would like to receive approval notification)
  2. After submitting the registration form, you are given the opportunity to log on and may now begin using the timecard. Entering hours online is much like using a paper timecard - simply follow the directions!
    If you choose not to log on immediately, just return to the online timecard application when you are ready to fill out your timecard and log on using your new username and password.

Important Information:

Timecards must be submitted on a weekly basis. You can log on and save your hours each day or fill them out at the end of the week - please submit your hours only at the week's end.

Please review your timecard carefully as you CAN NOT make changes after submittal. Once you submit your hours for the week, your supervisor will be notified.

Your supervisor must approve your timecard each week before your paycheck is issued. If you provide an email address, you will receive an email notification when your timecard has been approved for payment.
