Creating a successful relationship with you is our foremost priority. Based on your needs, we personalize our services from recruiting methods to reporting. When working with us, you can expect the following:

Initial Needs Analysis

We will delve into your company’s culture, expectations, needs and the technical requirements for the position. For best results, Certified’s recruiters frequently meet or speak directly with hiring managers to learn the skills and qualities of a desired candidate first hand.

Once we have the technical requirements for each open position, we begin our sourcing process. Certified is continuously adding experienced candidates to our database.

As candidates are identified, the interview process begins. We gather as much information about each candidate. This includes discussion of specific skills in regards to the technical requirements, work experience, work preferences, work style and a number of behavioral interview questions to determine how they react to situations in the workplace.

Testing & Screening

Candidates are tested through our web-based testing programs on a number of tests for their attention to detail, understanding of general office skills, typing, and/or any software needed for a particular open position. Certified will screen each candidate to meet your requirements. Screening is customizable and may include: background checks, credit checks, drug screen, verifying certifications and any other unique screening requirements.

Once all previous steps are completed, we present the candidate. This presentation can include a written assessment of the candidate and why we believe they are an excellent choice, the candidate’s resume, test scores, and reference information.
